Our party package includes:

You may hire the gym for 1 hour for your party, we will also provide a room for you to set up for refreshments after your gymnastics activities. The adult on the booking form will take responsibility for all participants whilst you are on site. On some occasions there may be other users on site whilst the party is taking place. A member of staff will be present to help and guide you on the facility use. Robin Hood will provide a medal of achievement and a small token sweet for each individual. Parents can watch from the viewing gallery cafe whilst the children are in the gym and purchase hot and cold drinks and snacks. Terms and conditions apply.

This package costs £140 for 15 children and adding more children onto the party costs an additional fee of £10 per child. Should a party request be over 20 children we would need a nominated adult to be in the gym to supervisor alongside our qualified coach. Should the number be over 30, we would need 2 nominated adults. Can we kindly ask that all participants remember the party room must be cleared of all children and items and cleaned within the 2 hour slot.

Our Available party times are:
Wednesdays 1.45 – 3.45pm (under 5’s only)
Saturdays 4.45 – 6.45 pm
Sundays 4.00 – 6.00 pm

Parents or guardians must be present and responsible their children.
